Lustau (dry) sherry - "Los Arcos" Amontillado

Mandatory cocktail ingredient!  No home bar is complete without it.  The bonus is that you can also have a little around whenever you're in a Spanish snack mood with the olives and anchovies. 

Or drink this in the traditional manner- light chill/colder than room temperature, serve with food. 

Taste: Dry, light nuttiness.
