Try a glass at room temp and then put the bottle in the fridge. Check it out along the way to getting chilled. This has potential to be enjoyed at all temperatures depending on mood and if there is a food paring. (Personally, I like it just a little cooler than room temp. but not fully chilled).  Is this a light red wine or an orange wine?  Pinot Gris is a shapeshifter more than most people realize.
